Heimathaus "Greven Worth" Selsingen

Not just to look at, but also to experience!

The "Greven Worth" home was built back in 1701. Idyllically nestled in the centuries-old oaks of Greven Worth, yet located in the center of Selsingen, it has shaped the Börde village for around 300 years.
Today, the Heimathaus and its outbuildings can be explored as a faithfully furnished farmhouse from the 18th century.

The listed farmstead comprises the Low German farmhouse, a bakehouse (1896), a sheepfold (1847), a coach house and another outbuilding (1790) in half-timbered construction, as well as an apiary. The interior of the thatched two-stall house from 1701 shows the original living quarters and stables with numerous agricultural implements. The attic houses a comprehensive exhibition of tools & materials from old trades.

Events such as the May festival, baking day for children, open day and open monument day are held here several times a year.
In addition, the Heimathaus can also be visited by telephone appointment.
