In the middle of the Elbe-Weser triangle, a comfortably furnished 4-star vacation apartment with a huge garden area awaits you in the small village of Elm, near the town of Bremervörde.
Whether you are traveling on business, planning a family vacation or looking for a vacation destination for activities in the land between the Elbe and Weser rivers - our vacation apartment offers plenty of space for up to four people.
The area around Elm and the resort town of Bremervörde offer numerous opportunities to discover, explore and relax. Extensive bike tours or idyllic hikes are recommended - e.g. on the nearby NORDPFAD Hinterholz and Hohenmoor.
The 80 square meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our house on a 2,900 square meter property. The garden with its huge lawn and beautifully landscaped ponds offers an oasis of well-being. Our covered seating areas and loungers offer space to relax. You can end your day comfortably by the campfire or barbecue area.
Our vacation apartment, which can accommodate a maximum of four people, lacks nothing in terms of facilities:
Entrance
The entrance to the vacation apartment is separate and is located on the ground floor of the house.
Hallway
In the hallway there is a coat rack for your jackets and a shoe rack.
Living room/kitchen
In the generously furnished living room/kitchen there is a large dining table with four armchairs. The kitchenette has an electric stove with oven, a dishwasher and microwave, a coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a flat-screen TV with cable connection, a stereo system and Internet access via WiFi.
Bedroom 1
The first bedroom has a large, ready-made double bed (2 x 2 m) with bedside tables and a four-door closet where you can store your clothes and suitcases. The bedroom also has a small table with two chairs, a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a safe for your valuables.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has two large single beds (2 x 1 m) also with bedside tables, a spacious closet, a table with two chairs and a TV with cable connection. There are also games for your entertainment. The beds are also made up on arrival.
Bathroom
In the bathroom you will find plenty of towels, a hairdryer, a first aid kit and various bathroom items. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a WC, a washbasin and sufficient storage space.
Storage room
If required, a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board are available in the storage room. A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items are also available for your use.
