Along the historic Ostedeich route from Belum via Neuhaus (Oste), Cadenberge OT Geversdorf, Oberndorf to Osten, you can discover historical references of the Oste villages to their river, the Oste, on over 50 uniform display boards.

Short texts and historical pictures relate the past to the present on the spot. The result is a continuous, entertaining route that ideally complements the German Ferry Route and the numerous local sights.

The historical information boards in the center of Cadenberge are not part of the actual route, but complement its content.
