Between tradition and modernity

Since September 2008, the Zinnober restaurant has been located in the old Neustadt town hall on the edge of Osnabrück's city centre.

The modern and simple interior with its timeless elegance deliberately conveys a relaxed atmosphere in the historic stone walls; the menu, on the other hand, contains newly staged classics that are always adapted to the season. Snacks such as salads and baguettes are available to satisfy small appetites.
